What to Expect

What is your minimum order quantity?

We accept prototype builds as low as 10 units for NPI projects. For series production, our typical minimum is 1,000 units/year depending on product complexity. We specialize in high-mix, variable-volume automotive production.

Do you support turnkey and consigned BOM?

Both. Turnkey (we procure all components) is our most common model. We also support consigned BOM where you supply critical or proprietary components. Our AVL is restricted to AEC-Q qualified sources for automotive production.

What certifications can you share?

We share our IATF 16949:2016 certificate, ISO 14001 certificate, and site audit history under NDA. AEC-Q qualification reports, PPAP documentation packages, and SPC capability data are provided per project under quality agreement.

What is your typical lead time?

Prototype builds: 2-4 weeks from BOM freeze. PPAP submission: 6-10 weeks depending on test requirements. Serial production: 8-12 weeks lead time with 4-week frozen forecast. Rush NPI available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Europe, North America, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Hong Kong, and DDP available. Standard export documentation including Certificate of Origin and ATA Carnet when required.

Can you handle ITAR / EAR-controlled projects?

We primarily serve commercial automotive customers. For export-controlled projects, please contact us directly to discuss specific requirements and compliance obligations before submitting an RFQ.
